Dr. Buysse accepts cash, check, credit or debit cards at the time of service. She is in-network for Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Group Health and First Choice.  For out-of-network insurance, she can provide the necessary paperwork for the client to submit the insurance claim directly. Her full-rate fee for private pay is $150.  Dr. Buysse accepts need-dependent financial scholarships for pregnant and postpartum women through the Dawn Gruen Scholarship.  If you are a pre-natal or post-partum mom without insurance or a means to pay for therapy, please contact Dr. Buysse for information on how to apply for this scholarship or contact Perintal Support Washington (PS-WA) directly at 888-404-7763.  For further information, please call 425-249-9618. Dr. Buysse now does HIPPA-compliant video sessions in the state of Washington.  If you live in Washington in a rural community or small town, or simply have no perinatal therapists near you, Dr. Buysse can do remote psychotherapy that complies with all ethical and legal requirements in the state of Washington.  You can get the care you deserve from the privacy and convenience of your own home!

  • Next, come back to this page and download, print and complete the three documents below.  Perinatal clients also need to complete the Warrior Mom form.  Please bring these three (or four) forms plus your insurance card to your first appointment.
